The Challenge

Acas is a public body that provides advisory conciliation and arbitration services. The challenge was develop an acquisition strategy with the objectives of promoting Acas’ work and maximising the number of email subscribers and regional training event attendees.

What We Did

Marketing Metrix developed an email acquisition strategy that incorporated hierarchical data selections, regional targeting, controlled email content testing and ongoing analysis.

The Outcome

Marketing Metrix and Acas have been working together for almost a year, open rates and click through rates have been consistently high around the 13% mark. Specialist data list selections have reached open rates as high as 32% and click through rates of 21%.
